Terms and Conditions of Service

ROCCELH LTD • Flagship Ecosystem: roccelh.com • Last Updated: July 17, 2026

Welcome to Roccelh.com. These Terms and Conditions of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a comprehensive, legally binding contract between you ("User", "Client", "Vendor", "Visitor") and ROCCELH LTD ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under Company Registration Number 16729000.

Corporate Registration Framework:

Registered Office Address: 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX

Contact Coordinates: contact@roccelh.com

Governing Jurisdiction: England and Wales

IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE: PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE AGREEMENT WITH CRITICAL ATTENTION. BY ACCESSING, BROWSING, CREATING AN ACCOUNT, PURCHASING DIGITAL SERVICES, OR UTILIZING ANY ASSOCIATED SUBDOMAINS (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO fanyi.roccelh.com AND china.roccelh.com), YOU UNCONDITIONALLY ACKNOWLEDGE, UNDERSTAND, AND CONFER YOUR EXPLICIT AGREEANCE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AS WELL AS OUR PRIVACY AND COOKIE POLICY. IF YOU DISAGREE WITH ANY SPECIFIC CLAUSE ENCLOSED WITHIN THIS CONTRACT, YOU MUST CEASE ALL USER ACTIONS AND TERMINATE YOUR SESSIONS WITHIN OUR WEB PROPERTIES IMMEDIATELY.

1. Definitions and Architectural Scope

Throughout this contract framework, the following definitions apply dynamically:

  • Platform Ecosystem: Refers collectively to the primary interface domain roccelh.com, all secondary custom utilities, software integrations, multi-vendor marketplaces, regional databases, and standalone subdomains such as fanyi.roccelh.com and china.roccelh.com.
  • Services: Covers business-to-business and business-to-consumer digital services, retail electronic catalog operations, software architecture engineering, e-commerce hosting configurations, language processing widgets, and technical IT consultancy layouts deployed by the Company.
  • User Content: Any textual data entries, file attachments, imagery, language strings, or profile information uploaded, saved, processed, or generated by an individual or corporate user within our architecture.

2. Eligibility and Structural Account Creation

To establish an active client profile or leverage professional administrative functionalities across our web environments, you must fulfill the subsequent legal metrics:

  1. Age Threshold: You must be at least 18 years of age or possess the maximum legal majority capacity within your localized jurisdiction to sign binding contracts.
  2. Corporate Capacity: If you act as an administrative agent on behalf of a separate business structure, you warrant that you maintain express authority to legally bind that corporate entity to these Terms.
  3. Credential Security: During registration, you agree to submit completely accurate, updated corporate information. You are autonomously liable for preserving the ironclad confidentiality of your profile usernames, encryption tokens, and cross-platform access passwords.
  4. Liability for Access: Any data modifications, transactions, or communications initiated under your authenticated profile session are considered your definitive legal actions. You agree to notify us at contact@roccelh.com within a 24-hour window if you detect unauthorized access or credential leaks.

3. Intellectual Property Rights and Operational Licenses

Unless explicitly indicated otherwise through a separate bespoke corporate contract, all elements populating the Platform Ecosystem remain the exclusive, unified property of ROCCELH LTD:

  • Proprietary Assets: All structural source codes, compilation scripts, front-end styles, visual interfaces, database schemas, graphics, trademark matrices, text structures, and specialized software modules are protected by United Kingdom copyright laws, international treaties, and trademark protections.
  • Limited Usage License: The Company grants you a revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive, temporary license to view interface layouts, operate translation utilities, and manage authorized account panels purely for personal or commercial utility in alignment with this Agreement.
  • Express Restrictions: You are strictly forbidden from executing reverse-engineering scripts, copying core code logic, scraping system databases, framing subdomains, or exploiting any branding assets without explicit, signature-authenticated written authorization from the Board of Directors of ROCCELH LTD.

4. Acceptable Use Policy and Prohibited Actions

To preserve server performance and safeguard our global audience, your operational permissions are subject to an absolute code of conduct. You agree that you shall not execute any of the following prohibited behaviors:

  • Deploy automated scrapers, web spiders, scraping scripts, or automated data harvest software across roccelh.com or any subdomain interface.
  • Inject toxic code blocks, server exploits, malicious tracking scripts, logical bombs, Trojan architectures, or run brute-force vectors against our verification frameworks.
  • Utilize language engines, such as fanyi.roccelh.com, to automate massive programmatic API callouts that mimic a Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) event or strain database pools.
  • Transmit spam comments, deceptive phishing links, copyright-infringing content, defamatory texts, or files violating local data statutes.
  • Forge request headers, mask network locations through illicit proxies to bypass security blocks, or manipulate parameters to access unauthorized administration panels.

Violation of this operational policy triggers the instant, automated termination of your account layer and a permanent block on your physical IP blocks and network coordinates without warning or reimbursement.

5. Multi-Vendor Marketplace Operations and Vendor Rules

If you operate as an approved vendor or merchant across multi-vendor structures or marketplaces deployed within the Company's web frameworks, you agree to abide by these baseline rules:

  • Product Authenticity: You bear sole civil and criminal accountability for the legality, safety, and authenticity of any retail listings, inventories, or digital items you offer.
  • Fiscal & Tax Responsibilities: Vendors are autonomously liable for mapping out, filing, collecting, and reporting all applicable regional consumer taxes, customs fees, tariffs, or VAT declarations to corresponding tax jurisdictions.
  • Platform Fees: The Company reserves the right to charge commissions or platform subscription metrics for utilizing marketplace architectures. All valid calculation fees will be detailed in your individual vendor control dashboards.

6. Subdomain Utility and Real-Time Software Disclaimers

The Company hosts dedicated micro-tools and algorithmic utilities on specific routing paths, such as fanyi.roccelh.com (Translation Utilities) and china.roccelh.com (Regional Operations):

  • As-Is Data Processing: Data transformations and programmatic translations generated through these subdomains are executed automatically in real-time utilizing automated parameters. The Company provides zero warranties regarding the structural precision, syntax refinement, or commercial suitability of the output data.
  • No-Storage Default: Text inputted into public translation windows is processed on-the-fly and dropped from transient memory maps upon execution. You are responsible for executing your own backup configurations for important documents.

7. Payment Gateways, Financial Charges, and Billing Policies

Procuring digital software structures, corporate configurations, or IT consultancy sessions necessitates the settlement of financial fees:

  • Currency Matrices: All financial values are calculated, billed, and processed in British Pounds (GBP), Euros (EUR), or US Dollars (USD) as detailed during checkout.
  • Third-Party Secure Gateways: Payment collections are managed entirely through external, certified encryption platforms (Stripe, PayPal). ROCCELH LTD does not store or process payment card data on local database layers.
  • Refund Exclusions: Due to the immediate delivery nature of software licenses, web configurations, and digital assets, all completed clearings are final and strictly non-refundable, except where mandatory UK consumer protection statutes dictate otherwise.

8. Complete Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM ECOSYSTEM OPERATED BY ROCCELH LTD IS RENDERED TO THE USER ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" STRUCTURAL MODEL, WITHOUT ANY MATRICES OF WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM BOUNDS VALIDATED UNDER UK LAW, THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A SPECIFIC STRUCTURAL GOAL, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND CONTINUOUS SYSTEM UP-TIME.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED ON ROCCELH.COM OR ANY SUBDOMAINS WILL BE PERMANENTLY UNINTERRUPTED, FREE OF SECURE VULNERABILITIES, COMPLETELY ERROR-FREE, OR EXEMPT FROM MINOR CORE LATENCIES CAUSED BY DOWNTIME UPGRADES.

9. Ironclad Limitation of Liability

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING OMISSION ACTIONS, SHALL ROCCELH LTD, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, OR ADMINISTRATIVE AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHATEVER, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOST REVENUE, CORPORATE DATA LOSS, OR SYSTEM CORRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE DIGITAL WEB PLATFORMS.

THE MAXIMUM COMBINED LIABILITY OF THE COMPANY FOR ANY LEGAL CLAIM BROUGHT UNDER THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FINANCIAL AMOUNT GENERATED AND PAID BY YOU TO THE COMPANY DURING THE THREE (3) MONTH PERIOD IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE DAY THE CAUSE OF ACTION COMPLETED.

10. Indemnification Obligations

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold completely harmless ROCCELH LTD, its corporate executives, operating teams, and technical contractors from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, financial losses, regulatory fines, and legal expenditures (including court fees) stemming directly from your violation of these Terms, misuse of our Platform Ecosystem, or infringement of another person's intellectual property assets.

11. Mandatory AdSense Compliance and User Ad Disclosures

We serve advertisements through Google AdSense across our networks. By utilizing our platforms, you agree to let our ad systems display marketing media layers. You explicitly agree not to use ad-clicking software, coordinate artificial tap campaigns, or incentivize fraudulent click events to manipulate our AdSense metrics, as such activities constitute a direct, severe breach of this Agreement.

12. Term Terminations and Account Rescissions

We reserve the sole, absolute right to suspend or permanently terminate your profile layer, dashboard access permissions, or platform routing links at any time, with or without prior warning, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, compromised platform networks, or created legal risks for our corporate ecosystem.

13. Severability and Complete Contractual Integrity

If any single clause or paragraph outlined within this Agreement is declared void, unlawful, or unenforceable by an authorized court of competent jurisdiction, that section shall be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining clauses of these Terms and Conditions shall continue to operate with full force, validity, and legal enforceability.

14. Governing Law and Exclusive Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions of Service, along with any contractual or non-contractual disputes arising from your interaction with the Platform Ecosystem, shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in strict accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any definitive legal claim, formal lawsuit, or judicial challenge connected to this contract must be filed exclusively before the high courts located in London, United Kingdom.

15. Amendments and Contact Mechanisms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When adjustments occur, we will revise the timestamp at the top of the page. Your continued use of our platforms following the publication of changes indicates your binding acceptance of the updated terms.
